Referee Contact List
When you are within 10 days of your assigned game and you cannot make your game, you must find your own referee replacement. The rule of thumb is the replacement official must meet the District 8 assigned skill rating level (not to be confused with USA level).
Below are email distribution lists for each game rating level of District 8 officials that are eligible to work the level.
For example, if you need to find a replacement for a Peewee A game which is a Skill Level 3. You can select 'District 8 - Referee Rating 3+' email list and an email will be sent to all District 8 officials with a skill level 3, 4 and 5.
Instructions:
- Visit the Referee Ratings page to find the rating level for your game.
- Find the email distribution list for the appropriate referee skill rating and click the matching email link.
- In the email, include subject and body with necessary game level, date, time(s), and location of the game and then send your email. Copy and paste of game details from Arbiter also works.
- An email will be sent to all District 8 officials that are qualified to work the level you are requesting and the email will come from the sender requesting replacement.
NOTE – You may not receive the email so if you want to be sure it is sent, you may CC yourself.
- When replacement is found, forward the information to the appropriate assigner (or to your favorite assigner) to update game assignment. The assigner must approve the change and you are still assigned to that game until the changes are reflected in Arbiter.
NOTE - The person that wants to take your game, only REPLY to the email. Do not REPLY ALL. Only the original sender will get the response.

- If you have web-based email such as gmail or yahoo, copy and paste the complete email address below into your web-based email.
- If you have Outlook or something equivalent installed on your system, click the link in the left column to open an email compose.
