Meeting Minutes

Following the guidelines outlined in our District 8 Hockey handbook, we have officially endorsed the publication of the minutes from our recent meeting to the General Membership. It's important to be aware that these minutes will be circulated before the upcoming meeting for your review and will also be accessible at every general membership gathering. Additionally, once they are sanctioned at the subsequent month's meeting (for instance, September's minutes will be voted on and approved at the October meeting), they will be made available on this webpage.
